This guide assumes that you have already logged into your vigtec® account. If you need to review that process, please feel free to read the How do I log into my vigtec® account? guide.
1. Click on Contact Us in the top bar of your Account Home screen.
2. Select the reason for your inquiry from the dropdown list, and then provide us with a detailed explanation of your request in the Message field. When you are finished, click on the Submit button.
3. Your screen will refresh, and you will then be taken back to your Account Home screen. There you will find the confirmation message in a blue box in the bottom left corner of the screen notifying you that your inquiry has been received and is being processed.
